Greetings KC Actors and Filmmakers!!

At Ronin Stunt Company we've always wanted to do our part to support the film industry here in Kansas City, so we're pleased to announce our first Swords for Film Workshop went very well! On Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 1pm-7pm, we hosted a beginner's Swords for Film Workshop for actors and filmmakers at our training facility.

Participants were taught the basics of swordplay for film, including footwork, slashes/stabs for camera, camera angles for action, basic falls, and more! Participants were given a pre-made fight scene to practice with and under the supervision of Ronin Stunt Co. members!

Due to our number of swords available, this workshop was limited, but we have plans for more in the future, including one in Branson, MO this June!
